Poppy has a dilemma…she can either face Satan..aka her mother…. at her older sisters wedding alone, and face the punishment OR she can ask the random hot guy…ADAM…she hooked up with the night before if he’d go with her and be her pretend boyfriend.
Adam agrees..because who wouldn’t want to spend more time with the unfiltered, sarcastic sloganed tshirt wearing firey read head…. especially if it means they can have a four day fling?
The plan has been set, their stories are straight but she doesn’t count on Adam being a famous hockey player and her family all being his biggest fans!! Or finding herself liking him a whole lot more than she expected!
A truely enjoyable, laugh out loud romantic comedy. The interaction between Poppy and Adam was fantastic and their romance was a believable one… because despite the sass and constant sarcastic comebacks… they were a very cute and believable couple.
An enjoyable way to spend an afternoon 🖤
